Bari'd Alive pairs Anthony Terpstra with young baritone player Phil Skladowski to explore the sonic history of the baritone sax, from Harry Carney anchoring the Duke Ellington band to Gerry Mulligan's writing and playing to the modern sonic adventures of John Surman. This is a something new for Toronto, and it's going to be a lot of fun!
